Each and every wedding celebration, party and corporate event we plan is a bespoke creation – completely unique to you – but here’s a timeline of our process to illustrate our service, from enquiry through to delivery
  • Initial consultation via phone or Skype
  • Proposal of package and recommendations
  • Face-to-face meeting, once booking confirmed
  • Venue sourced and secured
  • Password-accessed area on SNOB Events’ website to enable clients to log in to see progress and budget
  • 2-3 quotes sourced per element e.g. catering, music, entertainment, décor, accommodation, transport
  • CAD styling ideas created
  • Site meeting held at venue; bespoke design concepts presented using mood boards
  • 1:1 catering meetings, including tastings arranged
  • Invitations printed and RSVPs coordinated (optional extra)
  • Mini wedding website created for guests to access details (optional extra)
    Suppliers and production companies engaged – contracts issued and deposits paid
  • Suppliers briefed of final design and production of event, including health and safety and risk assessments which all suppliers must adhere to
  • Final details confirmed – seating plan, place cards, signage, table numbers, music choices, speeches and any special announcements
  • Detailed event schedule compiled and circulated
    On-site suppliers briefed on day of event


At each stage of the planning process Parvy & her team will offer expert advice and guidance and will provide full coordination on the day of the event so no stone is left unturned; in fact, Parvy and/or her team will remain on site until the last guest leaves, so that anything left at the venue is collected and retained securely.
